  • Try my Tuesday 7pm class for slow paced learning, where I got right back to basics! Or contact me for 1:1 sessions for a tailored approach before you try your first beginner class!

  • Yes! Bring your own mat with you and yourself! I will provide anything else that may be needed.

  • I pride myself on holding small focussed classes, there is a maximum capacity of 10 per class.

  • If you need to cancel your class that’s ok! I kindly ask for 24 hours notice. This gives me the best chance to offer the spot to someone else who may be waiting. It also allows me time to transfer your space to an alternate class if you’d like to do so and if there is availability on another day. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund or transfer.
